Sometimes I wait so long I become unsure if I am asleep, or awake, or dead. This is a letter written by a man who has lost his wife and children in a tragic accident. He was unable to process those devastating events and as such he stayed dazed and confused for quite some time.

However, as he continued to live life he found that his strength came from those moments when he stopped and fell down. He found that each time he fell down, he got back up again and again and again. He found that after each fall he was able to find something to stand on and move forward.
